Our service department is the top rated service department in Northern California according to our customers and local independent service technicians.

Lou Jackson, a highly skilled, very knowledgeable TRW trained service technician with 9 years of experience repairing and servicing laser printers, heads the department. Michael Montoya, the Service Manager, has a degree in mechanical engineering and has superb troubleshooting skills.

Two customer service oriented field technicians and two in house technicians who specialize in bench servicing printers and printer subassemblies round out the service department. These highly trained technicians are experts on all Canon engine printers and knowledgeable about other selected laser printer brands as well. Among the printers that we can repair and service are Hewlett Packard, Canon, Apple, Okidata, Panasonic, Compaq, Lexmark, and QMS. All of our service technicians are certified by Hewlett Packard to perform warranty service on current HP laser printer models.

We stock a full line of parts for service and repair for all printers based on the Canon engines, with parts for other printers on order one day away. Our parts stock is the largest parts inventory in Northern California. This fact enables us to be very responsive when we need parts to repair our customers printers and when independent service technicians need parts for their customers printers. 95% of our repairs occur on the first call. MIS departments from some of our accounts also buy parts from us to effect their own repairs.
